Someone is waiting to buy nearly 10% of the available options.
As such, I think it's safe to say that the new option allowance (ie. 1.25 cent options on a 1-1 basis) will get up this time come May - the insiders, their mates and their families must be looking to buy up, as there is absolutely no value in a 15 cent Sept 09 option intrinsically...
