The latest rumour is that Smythe is actually the mystery legal man behind Nichols Bolton and that come the first BrisConnections staple installment date for $1 due on 29 Apr that Smythe intends to unleash a legal king hit and end up transferring 50% of BrisConn into CVI. This will of course require another 1B CVI shares to raise more funds to aquire BrisConn.

The best thing about this story is that Jim Byrnes will now be out to kill not only Nicholas Bolton but Smythe too! Oh happy days!
