Hate to be the negative one but starting to feel like 2014 for PSA. At the 2014 AGM they spent more than 2 hours talking about their shale acreage and how it was a HUGE opportunity just like Yemen. Then the spoke about the Marathon field in GOM and said it was a huge long life asset that will support the company in the years to come. Just like Hummer. 3 months after that AGM they abandoned shale and wrote off the investment and also said that the marathon wells were sucking water. Sold it for a fraction for what they said it was worth. Hope I am wrong for the sake of long term holders but starting to feel eerily similar.
