Everyone on every thread on Hotcopper think their stock is being manipulated by someone. The reality is that they are not. Sellers appear at all price points for all sorts of reasons. Rarely is it any form of manipulation.
SP could be $30 or it could get diluted to oblivion or PSA could go bankrupt waiting for permits. Each possibility is equally weighted.
