One of the larger mines to produce Uranium (albeit as a by-product) is BHP Olympic Dam. Today they released quarterly figures which showed a large percentage % decrease in the amount of Uranium produced. In fact, production fell 30% on the same quarter last year and 18% on last quarter pic.twitter.com/mth6D5UR1s— Patrick (@patrickadownes) April 20, 2020This bodes well for tighter U3O8 spot being sold into the U spot market. I expect the U Spot to gradually increase throughout 2020. Q4 when utilities will really need to start restocking combined with POTUS Defense Production Act, an awakening of institutional investors taking place, imagine once the macro bull market returns to dominance, which it will, demand for energy will be extrodonary in times of world ECONOMIC GROWTH roaring on all cylinders!!
