I have a theory that I am trying to develop to my advantage.
We all assume that the short sellers force the price down just by selling shares into the market but on some days we just see large sellers fill the board.
Or even today do you think there really was a 11m shares traded or put differently sellers want out of 11m shares on a climbing market.
Just my opinion the short sellers are waiting till the heat came out of the day then they traded between them selves forcing the price down.
For example if I list shares at say $3 and then I use a different broker and buy them back at $3 its just costed me a bit transaction cost. So if I then repeat it at say $2.95 I may get people selling because they want to take a profit. Negativity breeds negativity.
I need to see if I can pick it up in the data.
