    Problem with PDN is

    1. CNNC (Chinese) partner who takes 25% of production (i.e nameplate is NOT 6mlbs/yr but 4.5Mlbs/yr) and politically suspect
    2. Open pit rather than ISR (O/P worse environmentally)
    3. Potential water issues
    4, In Namibia rather than Australia
    5. Currently lower costs due to using stockpile (contaminated) will now need to move to mining (i.e costs will increase)
    6. BOE has it's own in house nuclear expertise (not using EPC contractors)

    I guess you make up your own mind on who is the best option
