    I have always wondered about the timing and visibility of when lenders lend out their shares for shorters to make money (as well themselves making money too !!!). It’s both parties rorting off the small retail shareholders unfortunately (ie. both the lender and the borrower).

    Looks like when lenders sign agreements to lend & hand over, this event is NOT reportable to the ASX? I could be wrong but this is what GROK says see below. If this is true then this completely blindsides the retail holders UNTIL when the shares are sold !!!! Shortman is reporting ONLY the sold borrowed shares (not the unsold borrowed)?!

    So… when BOSS reached $6 in early 2024, I think the guilty parties hastily made agreements for shorting. If my theory holds then we an expect shorting to continue until the SP reaches the all time high and therefore at which time they return the remaining unsold borrowed shares? It’s not very fair.
