I think the why is pretty obvious: in the last ~24months we've seen BOE go roughly +200%, then -65%, +65% with lots of smaller spikes and troughs along the way. I don't personally credit myself with being able to time the market, but for anyone that does think they have the talent then BOE seems like a very rewarding stock to actively trade.
