Thanks Stoic. I also saw this in the PDN site. The good thing is (other than confirmation) is that such policy is extremely unlikely to be unwound by a future president. At least in the US there is (really) bi-partisan agreement that nuclear should be an important part of the energy mix. Happy days. GLTAH Keith
