I really don’t understand how the shorters are still controlling this stock. If they have almost 20% of the volume of stock sold short. That is they have been sold and need to be bought back. Who then is selling? Surely not the long term investor as they know that this stock can double from here. And not the retail end as the uranium backdrop is looking strong and the fundamentals are getting better each day.

So why then. The shorts can now only get in by buying.

Or is the detailed explanation. The shorts bought on volume at open to close out their previous position. And then renewed their position by selling again throughout the day. So now with an open short position.

I just can’t wait until they get burnt and I mean really burnt. The best that can happen right now (apart from spot getting back over $106) is for an offer to be made to buy BOE outright. At say $6 per share. Watch them scramble then. Not that $6 would be accepted. But it may precipitate a bidding war. We can only wish.
