It wasnt a bad deal IMO. It got a lot of cash and it can now dump into the current project which directly benefits boss. If they pour this capital into more uranium production which it intends to do it means we will be a benefactor of more uranium.
I liked the deal. BOSS now has a more risk adjusted position in a cashed up Uranium producer who os focused on ramping its own sites.
It was great timing.
Encore also says it may buy back into Anfield at a later time so they didn't close the door just a strategic pivot to strenthen its balance sheet.
Boss will do well from this.
it has cash flow to ramp up the honeymoon project and its US ownership and partner is also following suit.
What's not to like.
