I will say 30500 which will drop to 26500 over the 6 months ... in election mode and all the right opposing candidates and hoo hah with uncertainty is in place... and Trump should get re-elected again .
My thinking is that US is doing China some favours in assisting with getting the New Silk Road up and going ( thinking Nth Korea and Syria ) in return for some debt forgiveness.
