the us has been patenting mst tech for themsel

This is the patent that I was talking about, I posted it here some time ago now, it is just further proof that the US definitely want's to use metalstorm technology, the burning question is whether we get paid by them for that privilege?

The US didn't exactly come out and tell us they were doing this, did they tell metalstorm? but the only reason we know about it is through patents like these, is that secrecy?
