Re China I just think an internal implosion can't be ruled out. I'm not saying it will happen or is even likely, I just don't know. Two reasons I say this. There is a possibility of a peoples revolt against the current regime.
It is also very difficult to know what China's financial position really is, with a system that lacks any form of transparency. So all I am saying in regards this last part, is that its an unknown.
China's next announcement on gold reserves is likely to be some time off imo & I will only be shocked if its a much lower position than the market anticipates.
I would not surprises at all to see them targeting a holding over 20k tons or something of that nature.
