I was a & am a fan of Clinton but he did buy in to Greenspan's spin. As it was in the early years it was just seen as growth, but obviously with little regulation it was never going to just stop there. I think the 90s will be seen as the US's & maybe the capitalist system as we knew its, last great decade & I was the beginning of the end of extreme Randism policy.
