no .. I don't think it has anything to do with that .. that is old news. I believe it's because the DOW was up +700 on Friday and the market see's that as good news in that the economy is turning positive. I suspect it's an institutional buyer who knows QHL will be in the $1 range real soon because of the environment with drones and the F-35 contracts. I suspect news will come soon and I suspect more movement tomorrow. We did re-trace 50% from the high today which is usual.
