    If the US had remained neutral in 1941 and beyond tens of millions more lives would have been lost in Asia and Europe would have been carved up between fascists and communists.

    So yes, your comments are claptrap and an insult to to the hundreds of thousands of soldiers who died fighting fascism.

    As a Western European in 1945 who would you rather exerted influence over your country? Eisenhower, Stalin or Hitler? I know whom I would choose. What is your choice? Or would you just hide in Switzerland?
