I can't blame the US for WW1 as they played almost no part.
That was more about European plans for gaining territory or influence in many areas.
Of course WW2 was all about penalising Germany so severely in the aftermath of WW1 that they had nothing to lose and were so demoralised and impoverished that they found someone who could give them some pride and a chance at restoring their self respect.
Yes we saw the establishment of Yugoslavia and Iraq on a basis that defied historical and ethnic and tribal history and was doomed to be disastrous.
Then we got the creation of Israel which was doomed to be contentious. How about we are told we must give NSW to some religious goup and be happy with it and they start poaching bits of QLD and Vic as well. Hey, I'm sure all in NSW would love that.
