Thanks hoyland, I appreciate your point about considering additional dilution, and management giving themselves additional options when their existing options aren't in the money prior to expiration, but is there a bit more to the story? I.e are the options to compensate for lower salary, provide reward when shareholder value is realized, etc etc.
I know you've got a long history here and I pressume you've felt the pain of considerable dilution in the past so I just want to say your patience is admirable and I've always looked forward to reading your next post - up there with the best I've read on HC.
