No one wins a Nuclear war - Putin no doubt has a personal bunker to hide in with years of supplies and as history shows Russian leaders will sacrifice any amount of people during a war. The US can't win a war against anyone - A democratic country like the US (if you can call it that) fights with it's hands tied behind it's back - A dictatorship answers to no-one. The problem with all this war-mongering is the increased chance of an "accident" causing WW3
