Well, you would have to provide proof. As it stands Mesopotamia/Iraq is able to provide that truth. As for Aboriginals not having the bow and arrow: consider that they created far more imaginative methods of hunting that didn't require long range arms, and it limited the effects of any disputes and wars. To me, that's a smart civilization.
