The explanation given of the structure for the voice seems very good. It provides true representation to Parliament for an advisory purpose only, instead of the advisory conduit currently being filtered by whatever politically aligned minister is insitu. The voice proposal has just yesterday been approved by legal experts as being legally sound and not unconstitutional which is an important hurdle. I only hope there's transparency with every recommendation, and transparency with every response from parliament, as I think thats vital to it's success. As BB has tried to outline the current situation is not constructive and cannot continue. It's been a mess for way too long.
