All sickness is caused by inflammation, the bodies immune system over reacting to inflammation causing the sickness or disease to take hold.
Once you know what to eat drink or take at the start of any sign of a virus, inflammation does not take hold and you never get sick.
There are special properties in certain foods, pineapple, lime, moringa, oranges and what we do is take a antihistamine tablet right at the start for about 3 to 5 days, and no dairy products for about a week, and no virus has never been able to take hold and make us sick.

Surely you'd be worried the antihistamine tablet is a govt plot to kill you?
