If the more you vax will mean more vaxed end up in hospitals, well yes that would be true, if considering all reasons for hospitalization. Theoretically, ICU would have more vaccinated patients.
The point in question is people in hospital FOR covid, and how many of those are vaccinated?
How many in ICU FOR covid are vaccinated? Then we would have numbers reason with.
