could I add ... Share price on the Nasdaq : ASX tend to mirror eachother
... so if the market maker offers them on Nas @ USD $30 .... Say $1.00 AUD
a lot of the implied value for appreciation has already been factored in ... and they wont be as attractive ...
.. however .. if they are offered at say the 30:1 ration + market makers commisison ... and they are offered say at today's close @ $0.315 .. say in the US @ $9.20 + commision
.... and they should be valued as you say with an implied value USD $30
what do you think will happen .. it'll be a serious clammer to get on board
... and wont we love watching the screens here in Australia when she lists ... the day after
... remember .... MR has done Roadshows here in Australia and the US
and in Australia ... he has orchestrated a seriously oversubscribed institutional cap raising of $21 million ... available to only Australians
... but here's the juicy bit .. MR has done countless roadshows in the US ... for US institutions ... who have not been allowed to partake ... yet
well ... as far as most of us here are concerned ... you can throw your charts out the window when that happens
