If memory serves me well the reason you cannot find anything (just as I couldn't) is because Fortitude was a company the consisted of other smaller businesses that could not agree on which direction was best. MS came in and basically offered to take over the company or as they say "manage" Fortitudes interestes. Considering the country Fortitude are in and a squabbling background don't be suprised that you don't find anything on google.
I maybe wrong on the next point but I think the SP came about through the non-Jorc serveys they've done. If they have what they have, to be quite honest I think it's really irrelevant considering the size of what they are looking at aquiring. MS has grabbed an opportunity to take over a local business and avoid having to through the front door. Regards Wolfpack
