I don't know if thats valid as I couldn't find confirmation in other news reports. if this is the case though the Lab mob, particularly Burke, has some serious questions to answer. I hope you're right with your regulator. it's obvious that such is needed in our industries. I'm not anti-union as unions provide the only means of collective negotiations with employers. but CFMEU has gone way too far with their obscene aggressive practices, both with workers and companies. when the ABCC was installed I expressed my hope that the construction companies would also be regulated. this seems not to have come to be. imo neither brand of govt did a decent job on this matter.

In Qld. Campbell Newman introduced tough [bordering unconstitutional] anti-bikie legislation and we heard a lot about it but his was a one term government. Today I'm unaware if that legislation was reversed under labor, still there but the gov. doesn't want to be seen enforcing it or have simply ignored it. Anyone know?
