Minmetals offer is 3.8 billion roughly, 2.6 bill cash and pay 1.2 bill debt

so if PH is worth 2 bill , then the rest is worth 1.8 bill

if they paid the 1.8 then we are debt free and 500 mill in the bank

I do not know how they can value ozl with PH at 40c

at 2 bill shares are worth 70c

if its worth less , then we will get more for the rest, so it still gives us PH and cash
