finally someone has worked it out - 82.5c plus the debt being paid (43c per share) out values OZ at 1.25 a share - if mm want into this space - agree pay around 2 bill for other assets leave PH in the OZ shell with the left over cash after debt repaid - then watch the bidding war on PH start - patience is a virtue - the assets are worth more than the debt burden - lets hope we dont have to give too much away to keep MM at the table - but my guess is theres around $700 mill of negotiating space - that leaves OZ debt free + PH - theres a long way to go on this one yet and regardless - the stock still has value
