I would increase your amount of wells per year Ralph. To only have 25 in production over a 10 year period is very conservative.
I do recall an announcement from STX that talked about a a $500 mil Halliburton heads of agreement (or similar) on a successful JAWS outcome. This would suggest a 50 well roll-out initially IMO.

Also, you are not factoring UIL ground which they believe holds other Kingia / High-Cliff plays. Then add in some value for their other 2nd tier projects (Walyering, Ocean Hill, PEL515 /640).

You could get closer to $1 on that spreadsheet I would guess.
