It's not like Gsw is signing an agreement whose massively undeterminable value won't convert to cash until 2 years down the track. The imminence and sheer potential makes the current mcap undervalued. Bought some of this when it was $1 and thought it was overvalued, but it looks like this will do another bagger from here before the market pauses and wait for more clarity. Even if it goes up to 600m, probably still undervalued. Who knows, the market will decide. Bought a good parcel yesterday
