    I definitely agree with all that you say except for management having the ability to follow through. At the rate they have been progressing and now the Zhenya drama I don't see anyone on that team (with the exception of the remaining JV partners) being able to secure deals. At this point we don't even know if there are any remaining JV partners on board.
