I have mentioned before Dean has great respect for his team and greatly values their contributions ..Indeed like many very successful entrepreneurs he has vision ,knows where he is going and builds from the bottom up.
The most recent release shows he is again putting shares aside for employees ..looking after his team.A further sign of doing good work for the future of his investors by investing in his team's longer term awards ....putting shares aside now for future release..vesting in four years.
Let there be no doubt building good teams and keeping them together needs good incentives....planned wisely.... by good Entrepreneurial Management.
