but I have to admit here my bias as I worked in health for decades and learned to respect medical advice.

we've been otherwise unprotected since omicron restrictions were eased..... unmasked and no longer worrying about proximity of others. so far we have had no indications of covid and have done 2 RA tests each to check our status.

also I understand the dynamics of viruses and vaccines, infection control and prevention of illness, and of course as a ratbag I also studied nutrition extensively and the effects on the immune system. but my knowledge is now out-dated so I continue my professional studies daily to keep well informed.
