    unless I wrong it seems URL are paying app $31-32M for VCN with $28M in cash.

    Looks like a no brainer. Based on URL @ 2c, even cheaper if you use the current placement price.

    Seems like a winner for URL and less so for VCN. Thought the $28M could have gotten entry into a nice gold project in Africa.
