Nothing to cry about.
The business appears to be struggling and if ISX go to the full court, then this saga is not going to end anytime soon. Without seeing the SOR it is difficult to know what the fuss is about, but I would like them to just get on with the main court case. Also if Visa has already suspended processing then objecting to the SOR, seems like a waste a of time.
If ISX's share price falls down to where I expect, then the costs of the court cases may end up being more expensive than the value of the performance shares.
