However, I still haven't found a definitive number for global EV sales in 2019. But should be at least 2.2 million at a minimum.

EV sales in Netherlands, Norway and Spain in January 2020 so far were 8,866 vs 10,002 for the full month of January 2019. It looks like there will be moderate growth despite Tesla sales falling of a high cliff compared to December.
