the pond filling has never made sense to me. If you troll back through this thread you will see it is common for the ponds to no t be filled for months after seeing the black liner go down. Previously it was hypothesised that it was because the new liming plant hadn’t been built so they couldn’t lime as quick as they could install plastic. The liming issue was resolved about a year ago. It is possible some of the delay is in material deliveries and also the time to weld/seal the individual sheets together after rolling them out.
