The thing is mate, this voice thing would likely not have worked same as all the initiatives and bodies that jane come in the past. Don't kid yourself. there would be huge amount of corruption, and after 20 years those aboriginals that actually need help would still be the same. But the city based half white mob would be very well off.
The outcomes need to be changed for those living in orbost/lakes tyres, Alice Springs, Darwin, and other remote locations. Not the city based, educated, 1/100 aboriginals.
