the other unsaid but salient thing is not only will the voice be primarily for those identifying of indigenous race, but any not of a white european caucasian makeup will realize preferential treatment over & above 'whites'. meaning pacific islanders-maori will be considered racially superior to any white australian, as no doubt any asian-african will realize a precedence over whites in order to encourage the full annihilation of the white race having any further role to play on this continent in the decades to come.
