And Wyatt's proposal was, I think, sound.... the voice should be legislated for around 5 years then decided on constitutional inclusion after some reviews and tweaks.
I really don't know if this is a good idea, but its what first Aussies want and they think this will enable repair of reconciliation efforts and recognition.
