@mogga; apparently unlike you I subscribe to Stephen Covey's 'Habits' including seeking to understand before seeking to be understood - I do much more research about alternative views to my own than I do about those similar to my own!
For example, I've even read much of what's been attributed to the man who worshipped John Howard, Andres Breivik. It's enabled me to better understand his values, motives and thought processes.
Re your recommendation on 'Bullies'; as a former public school principal I can assure you that I've read very widely about 'bullies' and 'bullying'.
