    @Lapdog; you appear to be unaware that the 'Guiding Principles' for the proposed 'Voice to Parliament' have no legal significance at all.

    The government has no obligation to comply with them or even consider them in any legislation.

    They are a distraction to make people feel comfortable, that's all.

    They are even less reliable than a politician's promise.

    If the referendum is passed, Parliament can assign any of its powers to the Voice, just as the changes to the constitution clearly specifies.
