A few weeks ago somewhere on an Indig. show on ABC TV I saw an Indig. lady explaining how the the referendum question would be short & simple but the results of a yes vote would then be far reaching. Not in any partic. order - these sort of changes would follow -
truth telling Federal event - reparations - treaties - regional Gov - building on existing legal wins - Mabo - Wik etc etc
So it will be way beyond some advisory group to on the edge of Fed Parl.
IMHO closing the gap is light years more important and I will not vote yes to any proposal not fully explained & understood by a wide cross section of voters -
