PS: IMO, the annual hundreds of millions to keep this talkfest going could be better deployed in: -Education 7 training -Better housing, domestic infrastructure and a general tidy up like getting rid of dogs/dogshit, car wrecks and rubbish -micro finance -Cottage types of industries in Special Economic Zones (tax free) (eg: aquaculture on Bathurst Island etc)
In summary , programs on the ground to break the cycle of poverty, alleviate depression and alcoholism and give the youth better self esteem and keep them out of jail.
