C'mon guys we all know, there is no way,the small investors and PI's will vote No,being vindictive won't solve anything. Money talks, bull**** walks.
I saw it last year as a shareholder with First Uranium when Anglogold Ashanti and Gold One basically came in with a lowball bid for Ezulwini and MWS, and it was also put to a shareholder vote and Guess the outcome, it was unanimous in favour of the scheme.(Even after all our solidarity talk on Stockhouse Chat forum)
At the end of the day our heart says No, but our head says Yes.
This is a classical case of we will settle for less or nothing at all.
