    Economic data show good time ahead. If it was me i would vote no to the deal now and take macquarie bank to cost to sue for damage as it is them who load the debt on pla which is in voluntary administration. Pla didn t have debt when it went into voluntary admin. Macquarie seem to collude with JBL to lock PLA in a deal which damage the market value of PLA to divide pla asset among them.

    I m sure JBL will now rush Through the deal now before PLA shareholder realise the value of their asset in new economic outlook
