So the sentiment amongst posting HC Members is to my mind weighted against this deal for a host of reasons, but essentially it's too cheap, 51% is unpalatable and a string of broken promises / hollow rhetoric has given us our fill. CRE was a misjudged diversion badly executed with our money that was misappropriated and now this!! We could easily have grown to 150k - 200k ounces with a healthy margin and been a profitable company with a healthy SP.

So the little people will mostly vote against this going through - what do you think the outcome of the vote will be given that most sway goes to larger holders? Thoughts please?

Also how likley is FIRB to pass this deal?

Finally, given that the SP will now suffer for the next few months and reach 2-3 cents by the time of the vote, what effect will this have?

IMHO this really is a monumentally selfish act by BOD and has not a moments thoughts for SHers...
