It is not just the negative sentiment, until we know all the points we will be allowed to know, it would be beneficial to have established a group that has the ability to influence the proposal in a way that BENEFITS THE SHAREHOLDERS . . . .it may be to ensure the proposal is accepted, who knows . . . we won't know until the cards are on the table
BUT
First impressions don't look all that good.
My mind remains open though and I look at things as a realist . . . not optimistic nor pessimistic.
